Job Description
- Handle partial of Accounts Receivable (AR) and full General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Preparation of management reports and financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, GST reconciliations, audit schedule reconciliations, monthly provisions and accruals journals.
- Post general ledger journals, monthly provisions and accruals journals for the monthly closing process.
- Generate AR aging reports and SOAs
- Work with the team to follow up on the outstanding due from corporate clients/customers.
- Support AR executive in handling receipts
- Assist Finance Manager with the submission of GST returns.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary on all statutory requirements.
- Respond to enquiries and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned.
