Overall Job Purpose Work with Department Head or assigned leader to perform professional and administrative duties on Division’s projects.
Key Responsibilities Assist on design ideation, research, stakeholders’ engagements, feasibility studies and presentations. Provide administrative support and minute-taking. Assist on the planning, review and facilitation of tenancy works spanning guided by holistic experience planning and considerations. Assist on liaison with agencies and SDC’s stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure quality outcomes for planning, design and development works.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree with major emphasis on Architecture, Urban Planning or Urban Design Master’s degree of above equivalent will be an advantage Software skills - Autocad, Sketchup with real time rendering, Photoshop, Video-editing, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office Experience in AI Architectural rendering software, BIM, Revit will be an added advantage Strong design flair and ...
