Seeking a proactive professional for the role of Senior Executive Accounts & Finance to handle import/export documentation, LC, banking operations, ERP (SAP), EFS/ERF, payments, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• EFS/ERF documentation for draw downs and subsequent retirement documents to bank
• LC preparation including arrangement of insurance cover notes
• Advance payment processing and documentation
• ERP SAP knowledge for PO preparations
• Daily bank position preparation and monitoring
• Stock and receivables report preparation
• Insurance policy tracking and renewal management
• Project management for import-based machinery
• Rate negotiation and coordination with banks
• Local cotton season operations including PO generation, GRN follow-up, A/P down payment requests, and vendor/ginner record maintenance
