As the Senior Excitation Engineer, you will serve as the global technical authority for excitation control systems across the GE Vernova and legacy nuclear fleet. You will lead the technical strategy for modernization, reliability, and regulatory compliance of excitation systems (EX2000, EX2100, EX2100e) in high-stakes nuclear environments. Requires ability to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for installation and commissioning led by field services team. In this Senior Professional band role, you will bridge the gap between advanced power electronics and stringent nuclear safety standards, acting as the final technical escalation point for the world’s most critical baseload power assets.
