Job Description

Senior Events & Projects Manager (f/m/d)

To support our Events team we are searching for a Senior Events & Projects Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own and manage the full project lifecycle of global events and long-lead activations – from initial planning to on-site execution and post-event debrief, developing and maintaining comprehensive project timelines across multiple simultaneous events to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on milestones and deliverables

  • Oversee budgets with precision, including cost forecasts, supplier agreements, purchase orders, and on-time invoice management, while supporting and mentoring junior team members in budget management, supplier coordination, documentation, and process planning

  • Act as the first point of review for all internal event decks and presentations, proofreading for accuracy, brand alignment, and consistency before sharing with t...
