Senior Events Manager/Coordinator

An Event Management Company based in Bryanston is looking for a Senior Events Manager/Coordinator to join their busy and growing team of professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implementation and execution of a variety of events, product launches, conferences, functions, and incentives.
• Onsite event management from concept, execution through to closure.
• Negotiating pricing with suppliers for Best Available Rates to offer clients.
• Building and retaining relationships with clients.
• Following up with clients.
• Taking ownership of event folders and updating and following through thereof.

Requirements

• Travel and Events Management Experience - in excess of 10 years.
• Liaison ability with airlines and hotels.
• Manage an event from start to finish including the management of the budget in Excel.
