Advanced Engineering Lab (AEL) is an engineering group at HATCI that focuses on advanced technology research and development applied to current/future production vehicles and future mobility. AEL covers a wide range of areas from the development of new vehicle concepts to computer-aided engineering and vehicle energy analysis and management.

The Position

HATCI is currently seeking a Senior Engineer - EV Battery System Design for our Superior Township, MI facility (near Ann Arbor). The Battery Research & Development team is an Engineering Department within AEL, which was established to undertake projects related to EV high voltage battery system development. This position reports to the Manager of Battery System Design within the Battery Research & Development organization.
