Job Description

Wet Utility Senior Estimator:


  • Min 5 years’ experience with primary focus on wet utility projects (water, sewer & storm drain work)

  • Must also have experience with pump stations and treatment facilities (mechanical piping / systems)

  • Will be required to take and estimate from inception to completion, including transitioning a winning bid to operations

  • In depth knowledge with various type of shoring systems

  • Needs background in underground wet utility systems as well as paving & concrete as it related to utility construction

  • Must have worked for self-performing contractor that performs at-risk work (no construction managers or governmental estimators)

  • Most of our work is in metropolitan areas so needs experience in constructing projects in existing streets

  • Support operations with change order pricing and alternative methodology analysis
