The Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager is responsible for developing accurate and comprehensive construction cost estimates, schedules, and budgets from conceptual design through Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). This role analyzes construction documents, drawings, and specifications to determine material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs for both hard-bid and negotiated projects.
