Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 annually (to be negotiated) / 50 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, full time

Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma of duration 3 months to less than 1 year

Working Conditions Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available.

Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs

Prepare pre‑qualification submissions to present clients

Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements

Prepare master format estimates (Class A)

Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads

Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects
