Confidently lead a team through project procurement, the bid process and pre‑construction Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Mentor and train junior estimating staff Assemble accurate, detailed, and well‑organized budgets and estimates Work with various contract types – including Time and Material, Unit rate, Design Build and Lump sum Organize sub‑contractor quotes when the bid is successful, re‑writing binders and assisting the buy‑out process Monitor the success of a project, assist with value engineering and note potential challenges Build and maintain relationships with sub‑trades for future opportunities Distribute sub‑trade quotes and budgets to personnel, flag areas of concern and coordinate with management...
