Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Estimator to join our expanding pre-construction team. You’ll lead the estimation and tendering process for mechanical pipework, public health, and offsite fabrication projects—ensuring estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company objectives. You’ll also help develop tender strategies, mentor junior estimators, and collaborate with project, commercial, and engineering teams to secure profitable work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Take off from engineering drawings using Ensign Estimating Software
• Develop tender strategies ensuring commercial and technical compliance
• Conduct supplier analysis and ensure competitive pricing
• Review bid documents and contractual requirements
