You will play a key role in pre- and post-contract cost management ensuring projects remain commercially viable and profitable.

• Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis and cost breakdowns
• Manage variation orders and commercial submissions
• Prepare monthly progress billing and payment certificates
• Monitor budgets and purchase orders against allocations
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement sheets
• Participate in tender analysis and supplier quotation reviews
• Assist in final account preparation and commercial negotiations

• Minimum 5+ years of experience within UAE.
• Strong experience in interior fit‑out / landscaping estimation
• Excellent knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and billing processes
• Strong negotiation and commercial management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capability
