Job Description
We’re seeking a Senior ePMO Analyst to join our core ePMO team as the most senior resource reporting to the ePMO Senior Manager. Acting as second-in-command, you’ll lead governance, support portfolio and programme delivery, and manage smaller projects in their early stages. This is a pivotal role in shaping PMO maturity and driving operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and enhance our PPM solution (MS Project Online) and governance framework.
Provide guidance on PMO processes and ensure compliance across projects.
Engage senior stakeholders and manage multiple Project Managers.
Oversee risk, resource, and dependency management across the portfolio.
Produce board-level reporting and analyse trends for decision-making.
Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to evolve PMO maturity.
