About the job Senior Engineering Manager
To provide engineering support and assist marketing with retention of existing clients & seek new clients for ship building division.
Assist commercial newbuilding and commercial ship repair in tender exercise for newbuilding and conversion projects.
Review of contract, technical and equipment specification to meet design obligation.
Generate basic design concept to align with new building tender.
Prepare drawing schedule and arrange for technical meeting with client, classification, designer, vendor and system integrators.
Execute new building design and engineering production plan for awarded new building projects.
Carry out Interpretation of classification rules and Maritime regulation. Ability to read design drawings.
To work independently with a team.
Requirements:
Polytechnic / Degree in Marine or Naval Arch. or equivalent.
