Job Description

Your Contribution :

  • Prepares and evaluates Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents for internal customers and suppliers

  • Participate in APQP reviews according to planning defined with customers

  • Perform data transformation, analysis using Power BI to prepare actionable dashboard

  • Prepare PFMEA in SCIO, APIS or Excel for new Product development & series projects

  • Prepare Control Plan for New Product development & series projects

  • Preform Process capability studies using MINITAB & analyses the graphs or charts of data

  • Perform MSA study using MINITAB & analyses the data

  • Leading and coordinating quality activities in new projects regarding Gap Analysis, Quality requirements, Risk analysis etc.

  • Review the Customer specific requirement and identify gaps

  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements in execution of Quality activities
