Responsibilities: Undertake customer quality engineering accounts Backup between QE to cover all customer quality accounts Coordinate routine meetings for designated customer accounts CAR/8D/VOC/VOP tracking Owner for QA related agenda during customer audit Support internal operations on 3rd party audits and internal audits Handling of internal/customer return lots Review/Approve QMS related to internal operations (including and not limited to RFC/CRB/PPCN/PCN (Change management), RMS/PPC (Recipe management system) Abnormal lot management including disposition of IQC/OQC hold lots, MRB lots Continuously work with process engineering to improve and sustain process stability Monitor and close CAPA actions from audits and CAR/8D
