Job Description

The Senior Engineer process is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality & production, to develop and improve processes that meet both customer and company requirements.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead development, validation, and roll-out of manufacturing processes as per internal and customer standards.
  • Drive automation initiatives—concept design, vendor management, buy-off, commissioning, and enhancement of high-speed assembly lines.
  • Ensure process readiness before SOP, manage PFMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.
  • Lead feasibility studies, line layout design, cycle time optimisation, and cost-down initiatives.
  • Drive plant productivity through Lean, Kaizen, Muda elimination, and digital manufacturing tools.
