Key Responsibilities:

Application Support & Maintenance:

• Provide L2/L3 application support for Java-based GBT mid and back office systems 

• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and proactively identify potential issues 

• Identify and fix production incidents, bugs, and performance bottlenecks 

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues 

• Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

System Operations & Monitoring:

• Monitor applications deployed on AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) and EC2 instances 

• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL database performance...
