**Job Description Summary**
As part of GE Vernova Wind Engineering, the Blade Repair Development team is responsible for the design, validation, and lifecycle support of wind blade components and systems. The Senior Engineer – Blade Repair Validation & Development leads the projects for the technical development, validation, industrialization, and deployment of blade repair solutions for both in-service fleets and production environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and validating robust repair methods for composite blade structures, ensuring technical rigor, safety, quality, and repeatability.
