Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct work environment investigations for a region and segment of FortiveOperating Companies, in a timely, thorough, and objective manner.
  • Prepare and deliver investigation reports, recommendations, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement employee relations processes, programs and policies to foster a positive and respectful work culture.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR teams, people leaders andemployees on performance management, conflict resolution, feedback, and other positive employee relations topics.
