We are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager APAC to lead highly complex and sensitive workplace investigations and provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and complex employee relations matters across the APAC region.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Penang

In this role, you will conduct root‑cause and trend analyses, provide oversight and mentorship to other investigators, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen the company’s global Employee Relations (ER) function in the APAC region. You will also contribute to the development of tools, systems, processes, and strategies that drive consistency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
