Job Description
As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will act as a subject‑matter expert providing advanced guidance and support across a broad range of employee relations matters. In this role you play a key part in mitigating risk, managing legal claims, interpreting policies, and ensuring HR compliance through close partnership with HR Business Partners, Labour Relations, Legal, and business leaders. You will manage employee concerns, prepare documentation, lead legal claim activities, and escalates high‑risk matters to the Manager, Employee Relations for coordination with external counsel. By building strong relationships with leaders and HR teams, the role fosters a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture while ensuring the consistent application of employee relations policies and practices.
