Senior Emergency Management Planner (1099)

Engagement Type  Independent Contractor (1099) Location  Remote with task order–dependent deployment (CONUS or OCONUS) Rate  $185 – $200 per hour (consultant direct rate)

1099 Independent Contractor: This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, not W-2 employment. Consultants execute a PSCG Master Independent Consultant Agreement for pre-qualification on the bench. Consultants set their own hours within defined deadlines for deliverables, maintain their own equipment, and are free to work for other clients. No PSCG benefits apply; consultants manage their own taxes, insurance, and retirement.
