The EMD Senior Executive is responsible for end-to-end container equipment management, including inventory monitoring, depot coordination, repair oversight, billing control, and regulatory compliance. The role also covers procurement activities and cost management of landside operations to ensure efficient, cost‑effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Container Inventory & Movement Management

• Monitor and update container movement (CTM) daily
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports
• Conduct stock reviews and monitor aging containers
• Plan and execute empty repositioning and return assignments
• Ensure accuracy of manual and system tracking

2. Depot & Operational Coordination

• Coordinate container in/out movements with depots
• Arrange surveys and rescue operations for laden reefers (as needed)
• Manage empty container release and return assignments
