Overview

The Embedded System Engineer will develop firmware for Gas Chromatography instrumentation, Auto‑Samplers, sample preparation devices, and mass spectrometers—including PerkinElmer Clarus, GC2400, HS2400, MS2400, TurboMatrix, and potentially NexION and QSight instruments. The role involves close collaboration with software, electrical, and mechanical teams. Responsibilities

Design, develop, or update gas chromatography firmware, control systems, and programmable logic devices. Translate requirements into specifications and architect embedded system solutions. Contribute to the conceptualization, design, and development of new Chromatography and Mass Spec products. Collaborate with solution architects and developers for solution design.
