Qualifications:
- Be able to work accurately and effectively under pressure with hard deadline dates; at times with several priorities closing within close time proximity to each other.
- Must have very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail with practical and logical thinking.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF, etc.).
- Experience with Jonas, Accubid Pro/Change Order, Bluebeam would an asset.
