Senior Electrical Engineer/ Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer/ Engineering Manager with an automation background in process plants. Prior hydrometallurgical plant exposure is preferable, along with about 10 years of experience. Business management skills are preferable as the person will need to handle business decisions and participate in company strategy and development.

The business encompasses design, manufacture, and after-sales support of wet chemical analyzers for hydrometallurgical plants.

Requirements and Duties

• Proven innovator with a strong academic background.
• An Executive Management Program course (e.g., Wits MAP or Gibs PMD) is very desirable.
• Proven technical leadership skills.
• Proven business management skills. The successful candidate will grow to be involved in all aspects of the business.
• Management of technical personnel, including the annual review process.
