Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership throughout the entire product lifecycle, from requirements definition and system architecture through qualification, production, and long-term sustainment.
• Lead the design, analysis, simulation, verification, and integration of innovative analog and digital hardware solutions for mission-critical, harsh-environment applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and verification reports.
• Present technical concepts, designs, and results at internal and customer design reviews.
• Evaluate and optimize complex engineering tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical issues and support product improvements.
