**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a Senior Electrical and Power Electronics Engineer to join the Advanced Concepts and Technology team in a critical technical role. This position requires deep hands-on expertise in power converter design, development, testing, and application engineering, with ownership across the full lifecycle — from analysis, simulation, build/manufacturing, and validation to support for controls, software development, and real-time modeling.

You will lead the design and optimization of advanced inverters, DC/DC converters, resonant converters, and active rectifiers, while also addressing their integration into larger power and energy systems such as grids, microgrids, islanded systems, energy storage, and propulsion platforms. This role is well suited for a creative, self-directed engineer who can solve complex technical challenges independently and help mentor junior engineers.
