Summary

The role is crucial for ensuring cases are prepared, represented, and resolved effectively, supporting the organization in achieving fair, timely, and legally compliant outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of appeals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
- Represent the organization at tribunal hearings, confidently attending and presenting cases.
- Prepare detailed written submissions, statements, and evidence bundles.
