Senior Ecologist (Botany) Location: Glasgow or Stirling


Salary: £40,500 - £50,500 DOE


Type: Full-time

Join a leading employee-owned environmental consultancy with a reputation for delivering high-impact work across the UK. They're looking for a Senior Ecologist with strong botany skills to help shape projects that make a real difference-for nature, people, and place.

What You'll Do



  • Lead botanical fieldwork and habitat surveys (Phase 1, NVC/Phase 2)

  • Write tenders, EcIAs, HRAs, and technical reports

  • Design mitigation strategies and manage projects

  • Mentor junior ecologists

  • Oversee budgets and timelines
