Main Purpose

- The Sr. Lead Drilling Support is responsible for providing technical, operational, and administrative support for drilling operations.

- Support planning, monitoring, coordination, and reporting activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of well operations in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Act as a coordination link between field operations, service providers, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of drilling programs.
