Job Description
**General Summary**
Oversees the development of Provider compensation strategies, plans and programs including design, implementation, and communication of strategy recommendations. Responsible for the effective management of physician Provider compensation programs of the System and for overseeing the efforts of the department concerning the day-to-day operations of the compensation plans.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ In collaboration with System Compensation Committees, leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex Provider compensation strategies and models that align with financial and organizational objectives, support quality, and incentivize Provider performance.
+ Provides decision support to System leadership and acts as a resource in the identification and interpretation of trends, developments and marketplace factors that are essential in shaping Provider compensation. Works collaboratively with System leadership to ident...
