OVERVIEW:



As a member of Sportradar’s Global People Leadership Team, the Senior Director, Divisional People Partner – Corporate Functions & Talent Acquisition, will provide strategic human resources business partnering to the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Finance Officer and the Chief People Officer. This role will also over overall responsibility for Talent Acquisition globally, along with the Director, Talent Acquisition that will report into this role.

The incumbent will work closely with our People Centres of Excellence, Local People Advisors based in countries and People Operations across the globe. The individual will be responsible for co-developing, adapting and executing the People strategy in the respective divisions and fostering a positive culture of growth and innovation within a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
