Working under the Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs, this role is responsible for advancing and operationalizing Dean’s Office initiatives across the clinical departments. The Senior Director of Clinical Affairs is a valued resource and partners closely with clinical departments and other health system leaders, and will foster communication, standardization, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and ensure initiatives are implemented in a structured, consistent, and effective manner.

May work in partnership with Ambulatory Operations leadership on select system-wide initiatives to support coordination and alignment, without direct responsibility for managing outpatient practices. This role will also provide interim leadership focused on ensuring stability, managing staff, and maintaining continuity during leadership gaps or changes and guiding teams through periods of transition.
