NextPort.AI, a subsidiary of Moffatt & Nichol, is a technology and innovation company that provides advanced technology solutions for ports and terminals.

This role will report to the CTO of NextPort and is a focused leadership position within a growing software-enabled logistics organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience with port and terminal operations, and in developing software solutions that demonstrate significant performance improvement.

The role blends business understanding with operational ownership, guiding product management, implementation, and adoption services teams, and remaining directly accountable to customers. Over the next several years the organization will deliver new software capabilities, such as a digital twin and customer usage analytics embedded into platform workflows. The leader must be highly customer‑focused, commercially astute, and able to prioritize software features that deliver the greatest customer value.
