**Job Summary**

The Senior Director, Information Systems – Regional (RCIO) provides executive leadership for regional technology strategy, information systems operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, service delivery, and digital transformation across assigned markets and facilities.
This role serves as the senior technology executive for the region and is accountable for aligning enterprise technology strategy with market priorities while ensuring reliable, secure, and effective technology services that support patient care, operational excellence, financial performance, clinician experience, and organizational growth.
The RCIO serves as a trusted advisor to Market CEOs, Chief Nursing Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Operating Officers, physician leaders, and operational executives.
