About the Role

Fitch Tech and Data team is looking for Senior Director, Frontier Tech Lead to accelerate how we discover, evaluate, and adopt transformative technologies. As the Lead, your role will be to keep Fitch fully aware of the latest emerging technologies and its potential impact.

You’ll be equal parts strategist, technologist, evangelist, and entrepreneur—with the autonomy to shape something new and the accountability to make it matter for the enterprise.

What You’ll Build

• Technology Radar: Systematic horizon scanning across AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, and beyond. Your focus will be to track latest trends before they become mainstream. You’ll build the process that turns noise into signal—publishing assessments that shape emerging technology decisions across Fitch.
