Summary:

Provide overall leadership to the Franchise Area. Lead ,coach, or delegate where appropriate in below areas :

Develop Annual Business Plan and achieve annual business targets

  • Get aligned with local bottler on the strategies, annual business targets and annual DMI budget.
  • Secure the compliance and execution of the business plan via effectively using various information.
  • Diagnose issues and drive action plans of local bottler to make sure business is running on track.

    • Explore local opportunities

  • Identify significant unexploited market opportunities and recommend plans on how to seize them
  • Introduce best practices of examples to local bottler to enhance system's ability.
  • Find and direct KO resource to support bottler to capture the opportunities for a faster growth

    • Understand the local consumers and customers

  • Be totally up-to-date with all relevant local consumers, ...
