Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales and business development efforts for Work & Rewards consulting business focusing on the area of ECBA
• Serve as Project Manager for marquee ECBA clients in Singapore and the South Asian region
• Lead a team of consultants and associates in winning clients, delivering excellent client work and managing operations for ECBA practice
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
• Develop new intellectual capital for the ECBA practice by consolidating internal work experiences and participating in regional/global initiatives
• Contribute to intellectual eminence and development of point of views on executive compensation and board advisory topics
