Position Title: Senior Director, Enforcement Litigation
Department: Litigation
Location: Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal
Status: Permanent Full-Time (Hybrid)
About This Opportunity The Senior Director, Enforcement Litigation is a critical leadership role within CIROโs Enforcement function. The Senior Director is responsible for the management and oversight of enforcement proceedings. These enforcement proceedings relate to CIRO Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated (IDPC) Rules, Mutual Fund Dealer (MFD) Rules, the Universal Market Integrity Rules (UMIR), and related securities law requirements. This role manages the conduct of enforcement proceedings by Enforcement Counsel across the country to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach. In doing so, the Senior Director works closely with the rest of the Enforcement team, particularly with Investigations Staff.
