FTI Consulting's Technology Segment is seeking a Data Privacy Senior Director to support our clients on Digital Insights & Risk Management engagements where Personally Identifiable Information is involved and privacy compliance is at issue. What You'll Do

Develop and deliver global data protection and privacy strategies to clients. Build cross‑culture functionality for clients to operationalize global privacy programs. Develop and deliver privacy operation program plans for global corporate clients. Provide detailed information to clients around HIPAA, CCPA, CPRA, PIPL, GDPR, LGPD, PIPEDA and other domestic and global privacy laws. Manage and oversee implementation of data privacy compliance processes, risk management and control implementation efforts, data minimization, privacy maturity and risk assessments, ensuring deadlines, client needs and budgets are met within scope.
