We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across a large-scale AI Search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) program spanning 55+ workstreams.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves at pace, and can keep multiple internal teams and agency partners aligned against clear deadlines, standards, and commercial outcomes.


What you’ll do

+ Own end-to-end program delivery across content, technical, authority, social, community, and commercial workstreams

+ Manage the master plan, dependencies, risks, and RAG status across 55+ initiatives

+ Lead weekly program standups and executive reporting

+ Keep agency partners and internal stakeholders accountable to timelines, quality standards, and deliverables

+ Coordinate across multiple lines of business and internal stakeholders
