The Role

Mabbly is a Chicago born digital agency planting its flag in Northeast Florida. You would be the founding hire in our Nocatee office, working directly with our founder, who lives here too. That means no layers between you and the person setting the vision, and real influence over how this office grows.

A word about who we are right now. Mabbly has been an agency for over a decade, but in the past year we have rebuilt ourselves to operate like a startup. We run our entire business on Claude, Claude Cowork, and Notion. We build our own internal AI agents. We automate anything that should not require a human. The agency model is changing faster than most agencies want to admit, and we decided to be the ones changing it.
