Position: Senior Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanics
Type: Full-time
Location: Virginia Beach, VA

**Contingent Upon Award**
Position Summary: The Senior Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanic serves as a master mechanic responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and overseeing complex maintenance actions across NSW diesel, heavy equipment, and tactical vehicle fleets. This role performs the most technically demanding repairs and provides expert guidance and oversight to less experienced mechanics within the shop. The Senior Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanic ensures maintenance actions meet OEM, NAVFAC, and NSW standards while supporting high equipment availability and operational readiness.
