Role Summary
The Senior Developer (ServiceNow) will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solution quality, scalability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. The role involves leading technical design, development, integrations, automation, and deployment activities while guiding development teams and supporting enterprise-level implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and development of ServiceNow solutions using App Engine and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
