A Senior Designer – Facade Design is responsible for leading the design, detailing, and technical coordination of building facades, ensuring aesthetics, safety, and performance from concept through construction. The role requires strong expertise in curtain walling, glazing, cladding systems, and advanced CAD/BIM tools.

Role & responsibilities: Senior Designer - Facade Design
Education : Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or specialized Facade Design.
Experience : Typically, 5–10+ years in facade design (consulting or construction).
Software proficiency : Auto CAD (2 D/3 D), Revit, Rhino, Sketch Up; parametric tools preferred.
Knowledge areas : Curtain walling, rainscreen systems, structural glazing, fabrication tolerances, installation logistics.
Standards familiarity : CWCT, EN, ASTM, AAMA, NBC/IS codes.
