What will you be doing as our new Senior Design Manager?
As our Senior Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Place Based Thinking programme, ensuring the delivery of innovative and sustainable capital investment projects that align with Anglian Water’s commitment to environmental and social prosperity. You’ll lead a talented engineering team, driving collaboration, embracing new technologies, and implementing nature-based solutions to address the unique challenges of the East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design delivery for the Place Based Thinking programme, ensuring high-quality engineering outputs that meet project standards.
Develop and manage the engineering resource strategy, allocating resources effectively to meet project demands.
