Your new role

• Embed data, analytics, and predictive intelligence into everyday decision-making.
• Build predictive models to surface early warnings, risks, and proactive intervention triggers.
• Partner with product teams to define hypotheses, experiments, and user‑centric insights.
• Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations and product enhancements.
• Ensure ongoing model performance, fairness, and real‑world impact on client outcomes.
• Own data stewardship: dashboards, visualization, quality standards, and long‑term analytics roadmap.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, AI, or related quantitative field.
